From registration to your first quote

Every quote is checked for price, lead time, validity and warranty. An incomplete one is held, with notes on exactly what to add, until it is complete enough to share with the customer.
Obligation
The non-response rule
When a customer pays to reveal you, reply within 5 working days — we remind you after 3. If you stay silent, everything the customer paid is refunded and you owe the exact amount refunded (the 3% reveal fee), the payment processor fee on it that we could not recover, an AED 500 administrative fee, and simple interest at 12% a year on that total from the due date, never compounded; if it stays unpaid, the official fees of recovering it too. A reveal made before you accepted Supplier Agreement v14 is charged under the version you had accepted then. New matches pause until it is settled.
