How we verify suppliers

"Verified" on QuotesDone means one precise thing. This is exactly what we check before a supplier can be matched to your request — and what we do not check.

1. The mandatory six

No supplier is matched until all six are complete:

Business name — the licensed legal name
Mobile number — verified by a one-time code
Email address — verified
Trade licence — a valid UAE trade licence, uploaded
Company profile — the trades and emirates it serves
Signed terms — the accepted Supplier Agreement

2. What is checked on the licence

Licence number
Issuing authority
Expiry date — an expired licence holds the supplier out of matching until a valid renewal is uploaded

These are read from the uploaded licence and checked before approval; no supplier is approved automatically.

3. How long it takes

Up to three (3) working days from complete documents. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

4. What we do not check

Workmanship or the quality of past work
Financial standing or solvency
Insurance — where a supplier uploads a policy, we track only its expiry date
Permits or approvals specific to your job, or whether the licence covers your specific works
